I absolutely love the concept. Maybe sticking to some manufacturers could help solve the space problem. Callaway, Cobra & TaylorMade for game improvement fitting, and Mizuno, Ping for players club fitting. I know for me, just length and lie fitting would be an immense help.

Good luck with this. Great idea. Paying, say, £100 y to avoid potentially wasting £2000 is well worth it. Especially if you prove to a player that the 6 year old Ping is as good as the expensive new gear.

Simon, love the channel, felt the need to comment (disregard if you think it's useless). Don't call it second hand fitting, it feels like the service is devalued. "Prior Year Fitting" or something similar sounds more repeatable and relatable in my opinion.

In the U.S 2nd Swing Golf is the only company I know that does second hand golf fittings.

This would be in-line with my budget. I just bought a 2008 set of Titleist AP1's, a 4 years old Callaway Rogue, and 2 year old Cleveland CBX2 54 & 58 wedges based on nothing but a hunch... I'd like to know for certain.

Bending cast heads can be difficult.....I guess you can have different heads already several degrees up/down bought that way. Buy inexpensive forging and that problem is solved.
