Something occurs to me. Due to the differences in individuals, it probably would’ve been more fair if they measured how much their heart rate increased from a baseline rather than whose was the highest. Different people with different body types would have different resting heart rates.

I love this idea, just one problem. People have different normal heartbeats, so people that maybe show normal heartbeats and it could be higher than other people, so people with lower normal heartbeats can be more scared and still win to other people, that are less scared but have a higher heart rate. The best advice I can give to people who don't deal with spice well. Tongue brush, rinse and swish, tongue brush, rinse and swish, then hold milk in mouth. For the nether region make sure to eat a balanced amount of soluble and insoluble fiber, eat something like bread and sugar for the stomach, and wet wipes.
