It was hard to watch Ezra turn into the person he became at the end of S2, but really good to watch Maddie find herself. Wish they got together and season 3 occurred!

I know Maddie loved them all or was in love with them even if it was a little. I think the person that Maddie was very much in love with was Ezra. I don't think Ezra is in love with Sophie really. she represents the real Ava the Ava that had an accent was exotic not from around here kind of woman, and made him go on adventures (like the real maddie) but at the same time would never leave him. She was what Ezra wanted from a combination of Ava and Maddie. But there are a few scenes that make me conclude that he was falling for the real Maddie such as him taking the eiffel tower from her room while knowing she was never who she said she was, getting along with her through the whole wedding to Patrick scheme. Or maybe he just became a really good con man. 🤔 Maddie also said its never really entirely fake you give a piece of your true self in order to deceive everyone else. But him having sex with her after meeting Sophie who was like the real Ava kinda made me think he's still in love with her. Obviously she was in love with him since day one but didn't realize until like the middle of season 2. She never really liked Patrick she just wanted to finally settle down. After all she kept the anklet and wasn't planning to take it off. She also planned to go with them on the bus. But decided not to because she believed they conned her instead but that was really just Ezra wanting payback. She could have gotten the ring from them if she really wanted to and followed them. But she probably felt like they just didn't want her around.

I'm pretty sure Sophie is gonna leave Ezra or Ezra is leaving Sophie for Maddie because he's not who he used to be and looks to be spiraling down. Sophie didn't like that. Plus she looks like Ava (Maddie)
