How do you turn off the automatic blue light that illuminates when the mirror is turned off? It's hard to sleep with that light on the mirror.

Unfortunately it dosnt turn off I suggest you unplug it or put something over the light at night sorry I couldn't be more helpful

Be careful. The hooks on the back of that is only held up with sticky tabs. Mine came off and fell and shattered. 😔 But the company replaced mine due to poor workmanship.

Hi! i have the mirror and was wondering if you have tried to change the preset colors and do they save for you? I'll change the colors close out the app and they'll reset and be back to the original colors. it doesn't make sense AT ALL. why let us change the preset aka the shortcuts and not save them. tbh as much as i love HK, impressions is awful! I even have two of the mirror stands and they both have broken in the exact same spot🙃 i'll probably just use the music feature since that seems like fun but oh lord is this company annoying!

I'm with you on that it lacks on alot of areas but as an HK fan I couldn't pass on this mirror so I got it I don't really care for the app and I don't use it much anyway. no they dont save.

Will it not come on at the time you set it to? And did you reconnet it to your phones bluetooth? I find i have to keep connecting it to my phone often. Also i think it needs to be connected to your phone to work.

What type of screw do i needa use? like what size

Idk what size but we just got some long screws (not very long) drilled some holes into the studs added the screws and that's it. I posted the size on my insta a while ago and can't find it but I'll post a pic of the screws I Used

what was the distance you put between the screws ? bc i’m confused if i should do 11.4 or 8.6 inches 😅

Just mesure the distance between them on the back of the mirror and apply that to the wall and boom your done. Idk about 11.4 tho 😂 my husband did all that stuff

Mine was over a little bit over 300 but I spent like a lot more than that there was no remote in the box when I got it I had to wait 17 days to get it there was no rag to wipe it with there was not even any paperwork truly traumatized and I will never buy from them again 😭

Ok so you can only play the music through the app only. 😐 yah you have to go to the app make sure the mirror is connected. You can only play music that is on your phone. I think the app has alot of flaws
