If your book the premium hotel, it includes all the premium perks and you should not have to pay for anything additional. There are things like the beach cabana and specific menu items like lobster that you will have to pay extra if you want but those are add ons. Not included in premium

I was thinking to book this resort , is it worth it to buy impressive premium punta cana rather than impressive punta cana how is bathroom condition and food

I thought it was slightly better, the perks would be that you have separate reception, separate pools, a separate beach area and some better snack/food options. The bathroom were spacious and clean. The food at the buffet restaurant was decent and there was a wide selection. If you're on a budget, the non premium is still a good option.

Hi I booked an airport transfer online prior to my visit. I booked it through viator.com and the transport company was Nexus, they were very reliable and it was a shared transfer. The cost was $8US per person one way, and they took us to the hotel and back to the airport. The hotel does not offer transfers.

Hi so it isnt 24/7, room service which would be an additional cost is from 8am to 10am and 12.30pm to 11pm. The start would be at 6.45am for breakfast at the international buffet "open sea" and the latest would be dinner at 10.30 pm at the same place as well as all al la carte restaurants. In addition, there is the "snack time pizza place which opened from 12am to 3am.

Hi, was the a la carte menu and the restaurants you need a reservation for part of the all inclusive ? Can you go in depth what isn’t included in the all inclusive ? **will be doing premium all inclusive when I go**

Yes a reservation was required for all a la carte restaurants, you should make the reservation on the same day that you arrive as they are booked pretty quickly, you can only book 3 at a time, so do this asap

Things that weren't included in the all inclusive: Certain wines Certain food items which they will state on the menu eg lobster Spa activities like massages etc. (you are entitled to one free spa experience, this you will need to book prior) Cabanas on the beach front

I've read it was very difficult, and usually all are usually already booked when you try to make a reservation We are planning to go with our 19 years old dautgher...will it be good for her?

I did not get a butler, however I heard of some persons getting them, I am not sure if it is based on request. I found it a little tedious to book the different restaurants, you can only book 3 at a time and only during a certain period. Yes that's correct, sometimes the popular ones are booked especially on the first day that you arrive. We kept rushing to book so that we can atleast try all of them. Yes I think it will be good for her, lots of little activities and secluded areas to relax. The premium side has 2 pools if you want to get away from the crowds as well as the private beach and I loved the premium snack area where you can get savory snacks for the majority if the day. Have a great trip!

Oh no sorry I can't help with this one, I don't drink wine. However I read in a review that the wine is basically cooking wine. You can pay extra to buy better wine.

At this present time, they have a 50% off sale. For the most basic room (Junior Suite Tropical View Room) the premium non refundable rate is $127.08 USD per night. The Tropical View Room non premium non refundable rate is $97.75 USD per night. That means for premium, it's an extra cost of $29.33.

For Dominican Republic there are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin. American plugs will work
