Interesting, most of your showcased homes have a room immediately to left or right of front entrance. Idea for bedroom or office. Brass fixtures/hardware/lighting? Definitely either you love it or not. It would look better with brushed nickel. Overall beautiful home!! Question: what happens to the staged furniture when that showcase home is sold? That brushed nickel really is nice, I’m with you! There are a few builders that will allow you to purchase the furniture with the home… However, most of the time it is removed and then either stored or sold to a third party or sold to the public at a discounted price. If the furniture is damaged, it may be donated to a charitable organization. It would be nice to buy the home with the furniture included 👏🏼

Hi Marcus & High Vibrations!! I did like some of the Features of this Model Home, just like you, i did find the Gold/Brass hardware in the bathrooms to be very elegant 👍. But i think the most aspect of this home i did Love was the Outside Yard, it Screams "Tranquility, Peaceful, Very Zin" , that Space would be perfect for me for Meditation 😊 Thank you for Showing 💙

Hi Marcus. In my country, Uganda 🇺🇬 I guess all of Africa. Windows grills/grids are very necessary. Intact we call them bugler proofs. We have found ways to make them aesthetically pleasing too. I'd so much love a huge plain picture window but might nor be realistic.
