A child who feels unloved, un-included, treated differently will do anything for attention. Even if it's bad things. This boy wanted to be loved like his siblings and he never was. This is why i believe he acted out so badly. This does not mean he deserved to have punishment brought upon him like this. This whole case is heartbreaking. Watching that mom watch this makes my stomach sick she did nothing to protect him either.

Do your research! Children with separation/abandonment issues which develop into Behavior Personality Disorder (BPD), are CAUSED by the abandonment of the BIOLOGICAL parents. NOT the LOVING family that came to love & raise him. This comes from VERY young age. First things babies learn are EMOTIONS/EXPRESSIONS/FEELINGS. When those get disrupted (abandonment/neglect), then the child will more than likely have issues with: insecurity, trust & AUTHORITY (disregard for). Last time I checked, this considered how most criminals are developed. Seems to me, these parents were at their wits ends TRYING to keep that from happening by trying to handle themselves.
@amandawesterfield7447 Жыл бұрын
I disagree. There are many children born with mental disorders that go undetected until the child becomes old enough for the disorder to present it's self. So saying children act out because they feel unloved or unwanted or uninvolved is 100% in accurate.

They knew absolutely nothing about this adopted child's biological family's health history. Because she isn’t testifying for either side and is just like any other citizen attending. There is no legal reason for her not to be allowed into a public trial. If there is a court order that prevents her from being within a certain distance to one of the children then she would have had to leave during their testimony but that doesn’t appear to be the case. My stepson did most of the things this boy did. Stealing credit cards, fighting, stealing a car, breaking into houses, jail breaking tech, stealing the snowmobile, money, my infant daughters piggy bank… I could go on and on. It wasn’t fun dealing with the various behaviours/crimes BUT we never locked him in a room or a shed or anywhere else. I dont believe in corporal punishment so yeah we never beat him either. We dealt with it. He is now a grown man with a family and career. Some kids take more time, some kids are so easy you wonder if you’re missing something. This child did nothing that 100s or 1000s of kids do. Locking up a child/adult is called SOLITARY CONFINEMENT. What the parents did is a CRIME. BTW the people on this thread that approve of the parents conduct, how bout we lock u up and see how u feel. You wouldn’t last a day in the pitch dark garage with no airflow, in the heat of Florida or Arizona.
@KZ87_139 ай бұрын

2:16:00 I love how the defendant nods in agreement that RJ was the one to rip down the posters. He appears to be pleased that he is relieved of that one tiny accusation, as if the rest of his behavior doesn’t matter. I have no doubt that this child had/has behavioral and emotional issues. That is clearly demonstrated by the facts that he said he was apathetic to the proceedings, and his parents simply made a mistake and should not be punished. They have gaslighted this child. He very possibly has a reactive attachment disorder stemming from infancy. However, I also have no doubt that his adoptive parents exacerbated RJ’s emotional issues. They wanted to lock him away and not deal with it properly. They should absolutely be held accountable for the damage they’ve caused. His siblings are obviously affected by their behavior as well, by simply witnessing the treatment their brother endured.

Mind you in that video he tears down the remaining posters, slams stuff and screams repeatedly how he doesn’t have time to deal with this ish… like a child, and wonders why the boy is messed up… monkey see monkey do and these parents created this boy and did nothing to help him get better albeit their attempt at virtue signaling while simultaneously victim blaming. Yes or very possibly on the autism spectrum. The experiments would be like them to do, acting out and good at chess and very bad situation sense when it comes to other people’s emotions. It’s not that they don’t feel empathy but they have a very difficult time regulating themselves and understanding emotions from other people plus they feel stressed out by it because it’s always a struggle. Paired with trauma on top of an autism spectrum disorder and then lack of love and proper care by these adoptive parents had damaged him so his conditions became extremely bad. Poor kid ❤️

@lilaworley8935 Жыл бұрын
@@crimewithlaboricuahaving ADHD doesn't affect intelligence. It does have an effect on impulses and reactivity. Especially if it's not treated. That said.... this behavior is more than ADHD. Trying to hurt the 4 year old with alcohol is not related to ADHD behavior. Whatever mental disability or defect this young man has... isn't justifiable reason to lock him up like an animal. These parents had 1000 other options to try and manage this boys behavior.
@thelawofficesofrogerp.fole7886 Жыл бұрын
If the parents did not lock him up would he have harmed others? If they did not do this, and the kid harmed another child or person then they would be bad parents too. Double edge sword here.
