Proud dad there, the girls have grown (as they do so fast). I have been playing Elden Ring (slowly - still not that great at playing modern games with any frequency/schedule), but definitely enjoying it. I got Andro Dunos II for the Switch recently, really like that, but I really must buy my own Switch, instead of stealing the daughters :)

I looked at some footage of that IAI game. Yeesh! It looks like a clip art game. It looks like something that would run on Win 95.

11:29 Speaking of all the shooters up through PS4 and final cart releases for 3DS, did you see that Andro Dunos 2 was release for 3DS? I'm more surprised that a sequel to a 1992 NEOGEO game was developed in 2022 than it being the last (?) 3DS game.

Yep! I got it on 3DS and PS4 and Switch. Unfortunately they cancelled the X Series physical release.
