This is amazing! I have already put in an aftermarket headunit in my 05, where I cut the wires to the actual headunit and wire the speaker wires to an ISO connector, would I need to reverse my "damage" or...? The connector for the 07 models, how does it connect to the Esid/car?

So is this saying with the new version of esid for 03-06, it will allow you to add any aftermarket head unit ?

Yes, but you still need the original ICM…
