improve FiveM strafing with null movement

disclaimer: the use of nullbinds / null movement is considered cheating by some people, i am not responsible for any bans that may occur
null movement scripts remove any input overlay that may occur basically removing any human error that may happen giving consistent perfect strafes in many games this only applies to the A and D keys. null movement and null binds are not new and have been around for awhile in the tf2 csgo community

currently no anti cheat on fivem can detect this, only way would be a manual pc check by the server admins
