How Many Times Should 12 Rounds Pro Fighter Should Sparr A Week ?!!
@coachdaronboxing4 жыл бұрын
This is a great question but It really depends on a variety of factors. For example: how far are they along in training camp, intensity of sparring etc. In general, fighters should not do intense sparring 2 days in a row, there should at least be 48 hrs between intense sparring sessions to allow for recovery. In my day we would do intense sparring sometimes 4-5 days in a row but research has determined that this behavior can increase the risk of concussion, so this is what I teach in my gym

I agree what everything he. About Boxing Training Skipping is about developing your. Footwork, Shadow Boxing about working on your skill. Bagwork and bags don't hit back, pads in the ring with. Your Coach learned how to throw your. Punches correctly, and sparring is learning your in the ring like being. In a normal Boxing fight you go in the. Ring is hit and not getting. Hit, and Running is part of your training. It's about your fitness, which is really important, 🥊🇺🇸🏃♂️
