I believe that the situation of Tokyo is pretty much same as that of Seoul. We do need this kind of incentives to vitalize dying small towns and solve so many problems of overcrowded Seoul. Hi Jennifer! My home city is not crowded apart from rush hours. I have never been to Tokyo or elsewhere in Japan either. Our officials would have to pay me very much if they wanted to persuade me to move to countryside. They are simply too dull, sleepy, and lack many activities. My home city is the right size for me (about 200 000). That being said, I could live in a much bigger city too.

Hi,Jennifer.I I'm Japanese.I've been living in Tokyo since I was born. Central Tokyo is the huge city where people and companies gather. Local government is paying single persons three million yen including house, if they move to countryside and start busineness. But for me, I'm not going to move out Tokyo for now.Anway, I think these inclusives are fascinating.
