Thanks Danni! I've been travelling with this little Eiffel Tower for a while now. And I started renting a new appartment one month ago. It's fully furnished and there are 2 little Eiffel Towers too! So now, I have 3 little Eiffel Towers in my place! And as you said, practice, practice and more practice! Practice beats talent! 💪

Merci! I’ve got a question: the pronunciation of plaît is /plε/, but why does it sound to me like /ple/? Hope to get your reply😊
@LearnFrenchwithLexie

The sounds [e] and [ɛ] are similar. It can be difficult for learners to distinguish between them at first. 😉

@@LearnFrenchwithLexie thx a lot. But I’ve heard some native speakers can pronounce ai /e/ instead of /ε/ as in j’ai and some other cases. Is it true? And can we pronounce c’est /se/ instead of /sε/ which is found in dictionaries?
@LearnFrenchwithLexie
@LearnFrenchwithLexie 5 ай бұрын
It is true Jeremy, that sometimes native speakers can mix the two sounds. Normally, "j'ai" should be pronounced [ʒe] and it's often pronounced [ʒε] or something in between the two sounds. Same for "c'est", it should be pronounced [sε] and we can often hear its pronounced [se]. I also sometimes mix them. However I wouldn't recommend you to mix their pronunciation. Native speakers can take some liberties that non-native can't. 😉 @@user-fw8py8xr6x
