please, please, please let the rescuers rescue. As an ex-rescue main, the amount of times I ping "Don't move i'm coming" to the chaired survivor only to see that someone else went in for the rescue,,,,, like,,, plss,,,, it wastes decoding time because that leaves half the team trying to rescue ONE person. The only time this is okay is if the rescuer is too far and someone else is closer, but if thats the case, please ping that you will be going in for the rescue. Lots of times others don't have tide turner so it sucks, so its best to let the rescuers do their job, unless, like I said, they are too far OR they are already injured.

Also, every rescue character has a coding debuff, so unless they are injured or too far to rescue, please let them rescue, as you'll most likely be able to decode quicker anyways.

My teammates' game sense when I'm playing solo q: "Don't decode together!" = Let's fail every skillcheck while we're all on the same cipher! "The hunter is near me!" = C'mon let's get closer! "Focus on decoding!" = Gotta hide "Don't rescue me!" = I feel kinda generous, let's rescue at half health "Don't move I'm coming!" = They're a rescue character so I should let them take the rescue… Nah! I'LL GO FIRST "The hunter has detention!" = I have the urge to go to the center of the map cuz why not "The dungeon is here!" = Let's wait to see if they can make it to the exit gate while we emote "Cipher machine primed!" = Let's finish this cipher before the rescue, f borrowed time!

When I play as Prisoner people often transfer their progress back to me, please don't do that! It just slows down the decoding, especially if u are playing someone with a decoding debuff and do that.

@@taiyo4543 if a prisoner connects to your cypher, most of the time they want to speed up YOUR cypher progress. so no, please dont do that edit: theres some exceptions like, if a cypher has been abandoned at like 90% then i would advice to finish that cypher. or maybe if youre a decoder/decoding with multiple people then it wont be really bad of you to send progress. keep in mind if two cyphers send each other their decoding progress it slows down the overall cypher progress

The only time you should really take a terror shock is when the last cipher is primed. You’ll have space between you and the hunter plus you get the boost from borrowed time. It’ll help give extra time to kite for the others to open the gates

@@Yangming777 they never said anything about tide. what they mean is when your gonna get hit and the last cipher is primed, you can vault the window even if your gonna get a terror shock because you'll have space between the hunter and you and they'll most likely have to vault it giving you more time for a longer kite so your teammates can get doors open and escape.

The thing with the pallets highly depends on the hunter you're facing. There are hunters that are week against transitional kiting but have strong anti-tight kite abilities (Bonbon, sculptor, soul weaver, Hell ember, axe boy without max presence, ...) so against them you should drop down pallets early and get out of that area. Other hunters have strong anti transitional kiting but can be tight kited easily (Percy, Geisha, Smiley Face, ...) so against those you might consider looping an area and being conservative with pallets.

Perfumer + priestess long portal trick, To avoid being knockdown by hunter when entering a long portal of priestess (only when have you have a perfume) do this steps 1. Enter the long portal 2. Perfume 3. Enter the long portal again 4. Press the perfume to teleport back It's simple but a very helpful tip And when you are not chaired but damaged at Joseph's photo world, before the photo world ends use your perfume and you will avoid the damage of Joseph's photo world's damage

I think i have to disagree on the "Vault if you already injured to delay some time for hunter to pick you up". If you give the hunter free terror shock that means it gives hunter more presences, more presences means the hunter is more likely to have their full presences and some examples of hunter that is very dangerous in full presences is : Wu Chang, Feaster, Clown and Hell Ember ( this are my opinion ).

I have some tips that I would like to share; 1) if u get stuck between a hunter and a wall, u can go to the settings and click on the escape button to get urself out of it, this will consume a lot of time and u need to be extremely quick about it otherwise it will be pointless 2) as a lucky guy main, please stop standing behind Lucky, while he's opening chess just so u can steal whatever item he opened up from the chest, he picked that item for a reason and if he doesn't give it to u, don't take it. 3) try to pay attention to the notification buttons that ur friend has shared with u to locate where they r and where the hunter may be. this will help in many situations. 4) for the survivor that can use the syringe, it is worth knowing that the syringe removes crows, so if by the end of the match and u r the only one left, u can keep using the syringe to remove crows from urself (this will prevent hunter to locate ur location and allowed u to be able to enter the dungeon, giving a team at least 1 surv to escape or a tie. 5) at the beginning of the match tries to pay attention to things around u, cuz sometimes u can see the hunter shadows far from the map, and can hear them when they use their skills, such as geisha when she uses dash, naiad trident, blood queen mirror, Joseph camera, mad eyes machine, breaking wheels wheel form assemble sound and Feaster tentacles. Other skills of the hunter do have sounds as well, such as blink, excitement, and teleport. 6) sometimes depending on the situation, u might wanna sacrifice urself for ur teammate who would be dead if they get to sit in a chair one more time, this will give ur teammate more time to heal and decode, and also increases the chance of winning. but again this is situational. 7) watch out for the hunter behaviors, especially when they r around pallets. my friend and I categorized the hunter into three types, pallet scared, pallet walk, and pallet blink. meaning that if the hunter is pallet scared, they would perform an attack while walking past a pallet = should not drop pallets too often or too obviously, pallet walk, meaning they don't care about pallets, they either walked through and eat them up or just completely ignores them, lastly pallet blink, I think this is self-explanatory, only use blink after a pallet drop.

Taking terror shock when u r at 1/2 HP is highly debateable, if you take terror shock, hunter still gets double presence even if you only have 1 HP, only do that when you know hunter already has full presence, trust me ! You dont want to feed hunters presence like this.

One of my peeves when playing duo hunter is when survivors don't DECODE .. They either take like 3 people to kite one hunter for the sake of assist or cowards who always run around / hide instead of decoding ༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽ i mean I'm fine if they want to assist whoever is kiting or rescuing but do it on late game.. imagine having only 2-4 ciphers left with a great chance to win but no one was decoding and only feeding the hunters

Congrats on 2k Phoenix!!! Great video! The only thing I strongly disagree with is the list of hunters you should insta rescue from, the only hunter you should insta rescue from is Mad Eyes cause he can fence the chaired survivor, but in some situations you can even just bait the walls early, wait for them to disappear and then rescue, so you give more time to the team to decode. The most important thing about this game is waste the hunter's time, so its always a bad idea to insta rescue, unless you get forced into doing it.

Having hard time on dismantling hell ember's moving puppets? Well here's 2 steps on how to: Easy but costly- drop pallet between you and the puppet and when the puppet is destroying the pallet, use that time to press the dismantle button of puppet, it's costly cos you'll lose a pallet that can be use to kite Hard- stand still and wait until the puppet is on the hitting animation press the dismantle button as fast as you can :)

Late response but at the last part, you can also take a very high risk and wait for puppet to stop then juke (go behind) right before it attacks to get that dismantle button. Very likely to get hit but safer than getting hit right ahead if you don't have pallets near

For the pallets, it doesn't matter how you play there. Dropped 10 pallets early game? That's fine, you still have 20+ pallets. Obviously, if you can save the pallets to make them stun the hunter or prolong the chase by circling one pallet, that's even better. Not good enough for that? Don't worry, NetEase says Survivors don't have to play well to win. Just drop all the pallets. Got downed? Don't worry, Tide Turner will give you 20 seconds even if you get hit. Or last cipher is primed and pop it, get healed to half health and sprint away with 55% speed increase for 5 seconds. You got hit when you were rescued and your friends pop the last cipher? Cool! Get both, then! 20 seconds invincibility and the insane speed boost. What does hunter get? 5% movement speed if they spec'd for it, so you're basically the flash. Don't forget to emote at the exit gate! GLHF, u too, hunter! Please join rank!

Heres a Prospector trick I know as a Prospector main: When the hunter is really close and you want to vault something, drop a magnet so it pushes the hunter away and then vault so you wont get hit.

That pink highlight of perfumer is a downfall for her, now hunter knows when she use it and she can't do any perfumes trick 😭 I have some tips to add, DON'T SPAM YOUR QUICK MESSAGES, you only need to use it once to let people where you are and where the hunter is, even when the hunter is chasing you, don't spam, save it for when the hunter change target or when you're entering an area with cipher near by, also let other people do their role and do your role, unless they ask you for help, especially when a rescuer have wanted order on them, that is when you as a surv near by do the rescue, also timing as a rescuer is every important, you need to move fast or even before the surv being put on chair *depends on map*, Hunter like feaster, bonbon, sculptor and hell ember and mad eye, Instant rescue is recommend, Here is the biggest tip + Gamesense and must do in this game... Use characters that help your team and work good as a team combo, not play a character base on your own interests
