Nice drill but outside should be angled further back. Inside pitch is hit out front ofbl plate and outside pitch you wait longer

something my team also does to help with hand eye is hitting beans.

I just left the Dominican Republic. We weren’t hitting bottle caps es no more. And we don’t hit beans either. We es eat those. Instead what we do is blow dandelions at each other and hit the floating seeds. Vedy challenging.

W. Bird: Actually, he's going "oppo" on the pitches away and doing it quite well. And, he's not swinging at the balls outside. Also, he's pulling the inside pitches, which, is what you're supposed to do.
