I love that you give us the chance to practice by asking the questions and then letting some time for us to answer . And also, that you repeat the new words and examples couple times so it's kept in our heads . Thank you very much.

In that case: Guts = vísceras (in spanish). Intestines = intestinos (in spanish). Organs = órganos (in spanish). Now, when you say: "She has guts". or. "She's got guts". = Ella tiene "agallas" (in spanish) = Tiene "agallas". (in spanish too).

I am a sportsnut. As such I watch the highlights of NHL games and I remember that commentators use the expression "gutsy win" when describing the way the game was won. The word "gut" I know from the phrase "gut feeling". This phrase is often used in North America. Nevertheless, another great lesson from Kevin.

Also, when it comes to organs, "guts" only refers to the ones in the belly area or other organs can be considered guts as well? Like the lungs or heart e.g.

Calling me - звоня мне. You got a good imagination writing this poem / You got a good imagination to write poems. У тебя хорош. вообр для этой поэмы которую ты пишешь сейчас./ У тебя хорош. вообр. для того чтобы писать поэмы. В первом варианте заостряется внимание на процесс, а во втором на "для того чтобы" сделать что-то. В направлении ing - to V эти конструкции взаимозаменяемы, в обратном направлении не всегда, зависит от контекста

@@vladimirbaloyan440 close embrance but no more - объятия но не более. Without no - если просто эти два слова и всё, то это относится к слову "Нет" - не говоря нет/ не слыша нет/ (и) без вашего (ответа) нет .... От контекста зависит. А если после ещё и существительное стоит то это двойное отрицание (нестандартный англ), просто переводится как "без" without no water без воды, но смысла нет такое использовать, особенно нам, не носителям.

I remember in Megaman for the NES this boss called Guts Man. I never understood the reason for its name. My English was basic at that moment, but I could understand and relate things in other names. Like Bubble Man, Metal Man, Air Man, Bomb man. Those were obvious But Guts Man? Never understood the reason for its name, even after looking for the meaning of the word on a dictionary Anyways, kinda out of context, but it reminded me of that lol
