To this day I still can't agree with that clipping pop of a "kick drum" but everything else is so good that I don't mind too much.

I honestly wish I knew how they did the wavetable morphing on the SCC. I'd love to try it myself someday.

Yeah is it done by code, or are all those waveforms stored somewhere in the game? The SCC was pretty cool in that way, the PC-Engine or GB Wave channel aren't exactly easy to change the wave on while it is being played.
