I'm 60 and just did this video. She provides a 15 second rest after each 30 second set. I haven't worked out in a week and felt like it had been a year but I finished and it does feel good. Also don't be concerned about going as fast as she does, just be consistent in what you can do. Good luck it'll be worth it!

@@justbreathe4444 I love your positive message. During the intervals, it's 45 second sets (but one can definitely do 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds as well). There are so many ways to modify the workout. I'm glad that you enjoyed the workout:)

I love new videos!!! This is a pretty intense 20 minutes-- I had trouble with some of the leg moves; I think Christmas decorating (climbing stairs about 30-40 times yesterday) had something to do with it. The ending words are so important-- staying healthy and able to move well is why I started this.

Just a reminder to all viewers, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate). This one is definitely on the faster and more challenging end at 140 bpm (beats per minute). If this is too fast or challenging, head to the gentle or beginner level playlists and work your way up over time to the intermediate level workouts. Work at the level that feels right for you and enjoy what your body can do for you. With daily practice, you will grow stronger each day.❤

This is a great workout. I love you have the counter that helps to continue to push myself and I love how you do the next exercise in the block. I have found your workouts also help my mental health. I have started when my leg pain is too much to do your chair workouts instead of not doing anything. Next I hope to see some weight loss. I am able to do more of your workouts since I started. My goal is to complete your 10,000 step workout. So far I have only made it through your 5,000. Thank you for also including some on your own stretching videos when some of the workouts have less stretching.

I love all of your workouts, but this one is absolutely fabulous and one of my favorites. It's just the right level of exertion complete with a warm up, a cool-down, and a stretch. I got 3500 steps out of it. And I feel great. Thank you!❤

I loved this workout! On Thanksgiving, my brother, who never gives compliments, told me I was “wasting away to nothing.” I’m not, but I have lost 50 pounds since last November. Thanks to you, Jules, and your workouts, I look and feel better. I can keep up with my 21 Kindergarten students, even during our dancing brain breaks. Hi Charlene! This is one of my toughest workouts with more challenging moves at 140 bpm. I have a lot of younger people who follow me as well so I create a variety of levels so people have choice with the 3 levels of workouts. The fact that you didn't give up and finished this one says you are in great shape! My suggestion is to do the workouts that feel at the right level for you since that is what will keep you motivated, and wanting to do.

Hi Jane, this is definitely one of my more challenging workouts at 140 bpm. You can always slow the pace down if you feel it's too fast...it's best to go at the pace that feels right for you:)

Lol, yup, some of the moves can get a bit complicated. I started out my videos with pretty simple moves so now I try to mix in different moves to keep people on their toes (and not bored!).

I've been gone from your channel for awhile. Skiing... Shattered Tibia, Compartment Syndrome, Infection, Serious talks about amputation, and finally plastic surgery - flaps and skin grafts. 6 mos in a wheelchair. It's been and will continue to be a long recovery. But I can hike 3 miles and as of today, I'm JULESING again!
