Couple of pointers Josh, sliding doors need to be put in first and then you put in lintels above it, it won't let you if there are lintels already there. It's easier to remove rubbish with just your hands, because you can get a skill to remove all rubbish within a certain area rather than one at at time.

You said that you can't build extra walls on the outside, but did you tried to demolish the existing wall edges first and then build against it and plaster it up or put some wall panels on it. Because the game wants to be as authentic as possible, so you might need to burst the existing wall open first before extending the building as you do in real construction. I hope it helps! PS: sorry for the bad english as its not my native language as a dutch guy

I like this series a lot Josh! I enjoy it but there are some little things I want to address: 1) I like that you want to sell your houses to every different buyer, but pls don't start panicking while making the house that the person you chose isn't at the top. Finish the house with the plan you made beforehand and at the end make subtile changes to it to make sure there at the top (if not already) 2) Step outside your comfort zone! There are so many different combination you can make that may actually turns out really nice (like the blue/white kitchen). You can do so much crazy stuff don't keep doing the same.

These are so entertaining! One thing I could recommend Josh, try doing feature walls in the bathroom! You could do white walls, with a line of tailing in the middle for example etc. Great video!

Hey Josh when you do a house you should do it in order like remove,repair/plaster,paint,plugs,installations, etc. just so you won’t have to move around furniture to get to things.
