Is this position safe with respect to spinal chord? Coz baby has to sit and if I feed in the same position always.. please guide

If you lean back it should help so the baby kinda more lays on you. And if you are more upright then you will need to have more head and back support for the baby.

+anasuya m Yes it can be used at any age. The younger the baby the more you will have to provide gentle head support.
