Improving Length of Stay for patients: Staff Engagement Sessions

We are running a number of sessions for you to come and talk about suggestions to identify and reduce delays for inpatients.
These could be really simple things, and it is often the accumulation of these types of ideas that make the biggest difference. The aim is to openly discuss key barriers to patient flow, how we can reduce delays, and support implementing your ideas - this is an opportunity to come and discuss your real examples that can make a big difference to the experience of our patients.
The sessions will be run as a series with a different focus for each, and we will provide plenty of opportunities for all colleagues to attend. The aim is to openly discuss key barriers to patient flow, how we can reduce delays, and support implementing your ideas.
It is within all of our gifts to help eliminate delays that stop our patients getting home faster - no matter the role you play at UHP. Your voice, and your support, at these sessions will be a powerful tool for change.
