GREAT content as usual even if it was only about H2O ;). We have 138 TDS out of the tap in Northern OH. Only have 40 psi of water pressure so we got a boosted 150 GPD system. We change our sediment and both carbons every six months. The membrane is over three years old and we still get 2 TDS out before the DI polishes it to 0 TDS. When we got in the hobby, we hauled 5 gallon buckets of RODI water from the LFS for six months. I DO NOT miss those days especially in the wintertime.

20 - 25 In my area of Melbourne. I still haven't changed my original dual ro membrane over 6 yrs and still making 0. So I even removed the DI Only run dual sediment and dual RO membrane.

I’ve thought about adding a second membrane, do I need to add a second restrictor too?
@CoralVueTVКүн бұрын
No, you will only require one restrictor placed on your waste line. Basically, the waste of the first membrane goes to the second membrane then that waste has the final restrictor. You just have to correct the pressure restrictor for the membrane used.
