@razierfist Try to take bigger strides in between hurdles. This is called 4 stepping or 3 stepping

Im no pro but when i train (with a coach) its a 400m warm up, the walkover drills then starts, 3 hurdles, all eight, then sprints.

My daughter practise 100 hurdles pretty good but the problem is coach is very old with not enough tecniqe hurdles esperience. Do you have some advise to give to me or some information that i can effort for her. Thank you in advance

i practice hurdles until i get tired and eventually fall over one then i run two laps around a track and keep going but i do the 300m. hurdles
