Villain Impulse is not aggressive. You don't notice it at first. It is calm. There is no anger, no slyness, nothing overdramatic. Villain Impulse does not show of his deeds in a grand show. He does not make a big effort to hide them. His deeds are there for people to see or ignore. He speaks calmly, even happily, like nothing bad had happened. Villain Impulse does not try to be overdramatic, manipulative or mysterious. Villain Impulse is calm. And that, that is what makes villain Impulse so, oh so scary.
