Ooh, yeah! I believe that's a challenge called "Move out Mode"! The goal is to take everything that can be grabbed and put it in the truck before trying to find the ghost type. It's really fun and I think this group would have a lot of fun with it.

It would be cool if the Phasmo devs came out with a sequel that was the exorcism/cleanup crew sent in to get rid of the various ghosts the identifying team has found. They know in advance what type of ghost it is, but have to find/figure out different clues to figure out what type of ritual will get rid of it. Things like tracking down a possessed item, figuring out where the original person was killed, finishing some task they left undone in life... etc. And of course having to fix broken electricals, clean up debris, and the corpses of the dead identification teams like in games like Viscera Cleanup.

Hey Impulse, I don't know if you will read this, but maybe instead of a polty pile you make a polty path (like a trail of items). It gives the poltergeist plenty of ammunition for its multi throw and because it will always throw items every .5 seconds during a hunt it will be constantly throwing items as it walks along the path. If it doesn't, then it's not a poltergeist.

@@jaydonroberts1110 Yeah, cause items can collide with other items, and if the poltergeist decides to throw items at the bottom of the pile, those items will barely move thanks to collision effects. A trail of items stops items from being on the bottom, so they can launch easier, as well as spreading out the items to cover more ground the ghost may be at.

The Inst switch is a high gain mode for recording guitars and other high impedance instruments that need an amp. The audio interface is fine. Edit: the actual compressor stuff is on the front, and it sounds like Grian is looking at the back where the XLR inputs are, since there are 3 switches there, although they’re not the ones he mentioned

GIGS Phasmo vods are my absolute fave!! I'm wondering, Impulse, will you guys ever try out custom settings? You'd still be able to play Nightmare or Insanity mode and start with the breaker on! Or have the sanity and EMF screens and still get all 3 pieces of evidence, with low ghost interactions, so it's still like playing on the higher difficulties. :D I think it'd be cool to see the crew try that out for a few games and see if y'all like it more than base difficulties!

Explanation on the Ridgeview game why it was a Shade. The reason why you're not getting evidence is because Shade can't do any interaction aside from Ghost Writing (Should be forced writing BTW) and Firelight. It did the door touch only when no one was in the room or when no one was in the hallway. In insanity Shade will most likely roam to the closest (no player) room to do activity. Ghost events are a confusing thing in this game. Shade can do ghost events when it's in another room and teleport at the range of the selected player (appearing that it did the event while it's nearby even though it's not.

The more I watch phasmo content, the more I believe the airball means absolutely nothing, and even if it does, it’s not enough to go off of. They say the airball is from an event and isn’t proceeded by the sound of footsteps toward you, hissing once it hits you. But there’s a chance the event can spawn on you and cause what sounds like an airball anyway. Furthermore, there is no change in pitch between airball and normal hiss. When it comes to an oni, the only thing I rely on is visibility, sanity (if applicable), and frequency of events

That's a good point that an Oni could event/spawn right on top of you and imitate an airball that you didn't see

It’s also possible the airball is just a regular event which are almost never an indication of what kind of ghost it is. For example, the phantom is more likely to manifest as a shadow but isn’t an immediate indication of a phantom Ofc, people are still welcome to use the airball themselves to rule out the oni, I just think there are better ways :)

​@_Pix_ Oni is literally confirmed to never use airball events, but as was stated unless you actually witness the airball occurring it's basically useless as evidence and even if you do witness it, all it does is eliminate Oni as a choice which really doesn't do much for you unless your at the end trying to narrow the choices down
