When describing Banshee you forgot to mention you can goto a different room with a motion sensor and crucifix and chill. If your its target it will try to hang around near you. Ping the motion sensor a bunch. I like that test over the scream sometimes.

banshee don’t roam. they wander towards target outside of hunt but they don’t hunt from different rooms. you can just bring a motion sensor and leave the crucifix in the ghost room. if the ghost room changes you know it is neither a goryo nor a banshee

yeah, the other day I was playing on ridgeview and the ghost was in the bathroom and I was in the kitchen and I suspected Banshee since it set the motion sensor off a ton next to me, so I moved a cruci and it burned it. I had been spending that time trying to get the parabadoctical objective so then I stayed on it for a scream. it whispered 8 times before it screamed. however, there have been times where I walked in with the mic and it INSTANTLY screamed, so it depends on how stubborn the ghostie is haha

only issue with this test however is that it could be a Phantom or possibly a Wraith so other tests would need to be done if you don't go for a scream

I was confused when I saw “create new outfits?” in Impy’s journal, as well as “sound recorder…” “start filming ghost interactions…” … but creating outfits in Phasmo?! Impulse should totally get a custom case for his computer made by Evan & Katelyn!!! Also, black salt is a real thing used in metaphysical spells. Black salt is usually made with salt, charcoal (or ashes from incense), and some black pepper. Black salt is used for cleansing, protection, and banishing.

For skizz, Black salt is salt that's been mixed with the ashes from a ritual, burnt protective herbs, and activated charcoal.Some people use anvil dust as well.

Our luck with Onryo testing has been great when going at it with the 3 candles at once trick. We finish some of our quickest rounds by testing it right away after finding the ghost room. 1 2 3 cruci burn, easy peasy. 😊

The difference between Evidence and evidence is that one is called Evidence. It's all evidence, but certain evidence is actually categorized as evidence. It's hard Evidence vs. soft evidence.

Fun fact about the black salt that was so upsetting to Joker: it’s a real thing used in witchcraft. It’s more powerful than regular salt and is made by mixing regular salt with incense ash.

I think a cool edition to the game would be floodlights. So when your lightbulbs break you could bring a floodlight in. Maybe they had batteries so you had to replace them if they’re too op or something. Just a thought but I think it could be super cool.

Ritz (Buttery circles) Club (Buttery rectangles) Saltines (dry/airy salty squares) Wheat thins (cronchy usually plain or savory flavored thick squares). All of them are good for their individual uses. White cheddar cheezits are absolutely the best thing ever! mix them with chex cereal, popcorn, and gardetto rye pieces for a fantastic movie snack bowl

I'm 95% sure that all of the dining room tables (besides grafton to my knowledge) don't block line of sight. so on Tanglewood, most people prefer the island to the table so it doesn't have Line of Sight the whole time and speed up

I use my scroll wheel to cycle through my inventory. I put my items in a specific order depending on what I’m carrying so I can scroll backwards one time for my smudge or forward one for my secondary item , like camera. My primary is whatever evidence tool I’m using at the time.

I like that items switch the way they do. It makes you think about what you a grabbing and where it would be. But at the same time. The later it gets into the less stuff i have in my hands. Like towards the end of it. I have a camera, a smudge. and lighter. In hand.

For the amount of photo evidence you currently need, would limiting the repeat photos be balanced around the amount to fill? Higher difficulties, like Insanity, don't have a Cursed Object to grab, so that's one photo opportunity down. If someone picks up the bone early, then that's another opportunity lost, though self-imposed in this specific case. If you're limited on the repeats to 'one only' per interaction evidences, then you'd only get; one salt, one firelight, one crux, and be beholden to the environmental interaction photos to fill out the rest whether a singular ghost pic is required or not. The interactions are easier to mess up if you aren't close enough, but I guess if you snap your pics fast enough, you may still get away with the double pic per one crux burn. If Ghost Writing is a clue, you have that potential double-pic too, but you can't get photos of Ghost Orbs (yet), or Freezing Temps. Spirit Box is also a non-visual clue. You'd be locked to _one_ photogenic clue for Mimics: the UV, and that's only if you're playing a low enough difficulty to even have that evidence in the first place. 🤔 Here's hoping this much is being considered for the balancing update regarding the photos--you gotta admit that people mainly do the extra objectives to level up faster, or gain "finances" for funding rounds with friends who don't play as often. Making this more challenging as an optional game rule for higher difficulties makes more sense to me than making it an across the board absolute of the game as a whole.

Why on earth would you leave the truck with only one item??? Or even two items?? Do you dislike figuring out what the ghost is? There were multiple times where all three people were in the ghost room throwing guesses out when they didn’t even have all the evidence equipment! You don’t have to be ultra efficient, but at least use some common sense. Love the content though, regardless of how frustrating it is 😂

Umm they did take in instruments tho?? The only ones where they didn't were no evidence runs. Also the game is probably much more fun for them to guess rather than just being given through the evidence. They even talk about it.
