Took lots of time to research this!! Agree that China is ahead of India, so is USA, Japan and Germany. If someone is rich, doesnt mean that if you go with them, they will make you rich as well because if they did, they would have made Pakistan and Srilanka, Switzerland by now. I am a Srilankan and I would say , its better for Maldivians to go with Europe, West and Middle east , even if you are not going with India(For whatever stupid ass reason). Reason- China does one sided business. You wont be able to sell them anything ever. There will be money drain from your country. They give lots of debt with highest interest rates and those debts , rates etc. info are usually not shown to public. It attracts corruption and slowly burdens the country. Politicians will make lots of money out of it and when repayment time comes, country will have to look for IMF, World bank, other banks, other countries, Wakanda etc. It increases the inflation and before you know it ,you will be buying a packet of bread in $20. So, I dont know if this guy is Indian or not because I dont care. Just be cautious of Chinese tricks my fellow Maldivians.

The rigged elections have tarnished the country's political landscape, casting a shadow of uncertainty. Everyone is in a state of quandary, unsure of what lies ahead. Those at the helm of affairs have turned a blind eye to the reality, especially the ECP and Supreme Court, which have failed in discharging their constitutional obligations to conduct free and fair elections. The people, already grappling with a number of challenges, seem fully charged to protest against their robbed mandate. No doubt, the situation has become quite alarming. Currently, Pakistan, with a crippled economy and political polarization, is not in a position to afford any sort of agitation. Chaos and anarchy are not in the interest of the country because they will only serve the purpose of the external forces that are at work to destabilize the country. The corridors of power should perceive the precariousness of the situation. They must respect the mandate of the populace. Let the people of Pakistan be ruled by those whom they have elected with a clear majority.
