Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan is in conversation with Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Imran khan says " Well the most important effect it has on cricket is running between the wickets. I have seen change right in front of me when in 1971 I first came into international cricket. One never saw the running between the wickets that subsequently taken place and that only because of one day cricket."
Imran Khan Niazi, is a Pakistani politician, former cricketer and philanthropist who leads the Pakistan Movement of Justice commonly known as PTI and serves as a member of the National Assembly. Prior to entering politics, Khan played international cricket for two decades in the late twentieth century.
Khan was born to a Pashtun family in Lahore and educated at Aitchison, Worcester and later at the Keble College, Oxford. Khan started playing cricket at the age of 13. Initially playing for his college and later for the Worcestershire Cricket Club, he made his debut for Pakistan at the age of 18 during the 1971 English series at Birmingham. After graduating from Oxford, Khan joined Pakistan's national cricket team in 1976, and played until 1992. Khan also served as the team's captain intermittently throughout 1982-1992. He, notably, led Pakistan to victory at the 1992 Cricket World Cup, Pakistan's first and only victory in that competition.
Khan retired from cricket in 1992 as one of Pakistan's most successful players. In total he made 3,807 runs and took 362 wickets in Test cricket, and is one of eight world cricketers to have achieved an 'All-rounder's Triple' in Test matches.
Mansoor Ali Khan or Mansur Ali Khan sometimes M. A. K. Pataudi, nicknamed Tiger Pataudi, was an Indian cricketer and former captain of the Indian cricket team. He was the ninth Nawab of Pataudi until 1971, when India abolished royal entitlements through the 26th Amendment to the Constitution of India. He was born in Bhopal and educated at A.M.U Minto Circle School in Aligarh and then went to Welham Boys' School in Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Lockers Park Prep School in Hertfordshire, and Winchester College.
Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's career performance graph. Pataudi Jr., as Mansoor came to be known during his cricket career, was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler. He was a schoolboy batting prodigy at Winchester, relying on his keen eyes to punish the bowling. He made his first-class debut for Sussex in August 1957, aged 16, and also played for Oxford while he was at university and was the first Indian captain there."King of Indian cricket". The Economist. 1 October 2011. Retrieved 30 August 2012. On 1 July 1961, he was a passenger in a car which was involved in an accident in Hove. A shard of glass from the broken windscreen penetrated and permanently damaged his right eye. The damage caused Pataudi to see a doubled image, and it was feared this would end his cricketing career, but Pataudi was soon in the nets learning to play with one eye. Despite his eye injury less that 6 months before, he made his Test debut playing against England in Delhi in December 1961. He found it easiest to play with his cap pulled down over his damaged right eye. He scored 103 in the Third Test in Madras, helping India to its first series win against England. He was appointed vice-captain for the tour to the West Indies in 1962. In March 1962, Mansoor became captain of the Indian cricket team after the sitting captain Nari Contractor was ruled out of the Fourth Test in Barbados due to an injury sustained by Contractor batting against Charlie Griffith in a tour match against Barbados.

Nigah Khan well I got ur point but lemme tell u that Mr.khan being a political and famous person in pakistan is under media limelight all the time, whereas Mrs pataudi does the philantrophy work not for any gains.Well comming to ur point of cancer treatment and medical facilities for pakistanis in pakistan is not so good that is why lots of pakistanis come to India for their treatment.India has the medical tourism bussiness of more than 1.2billion dollars, where u get worldclass treatment at affordable rate.We are proud and happy to treat our pakistani friends.Remember even wasim akram came to chennai for his wife's treatment and has praised the doctors and the facility. Its unfortunate that she didnt survive but that is almighty to decide.I am not degrading ur country or mr.khan for what they are and what not.My statement was just a sarcasm regarding statement that mr.khan is goodlooking than Mr.Tiger pataudi.I just wanted to bring across my point that looks is secondary for ur acheivments ur karma is the most important thing.Mind u i myself is a doctor from Mumbai.

Two legends. I wonder how lethal Late Pataudi would have been if he had become a politician. Just like Imran khan, he had all the elements. 'Rich family background, excellent education, charming personality and handsome looks. Perhaps, the pataudi family is already fed up of this statehood or being Nawabs and rulers and sometimes seem to be considering Nawabhood a burden .
