The way media doesn’t want to talk about Lebron’s PED allegations goes to show how much they are protecting him just so he can continue to be the face for the league while they keep raking in money. Both can only pray no one reveals definite evidence that Lebron’s doping allegations are actually true, otherwise NBA will abandon him like how they did to Kobe after the rape allegation.

@BlueGrovyle
@BlueGrovyle 9 ай бұрын
@@HoopVenue I think there are a few things contributing to it. First to consider is that his 3p% last year was the worst it'd been since the 2016 season and his shooting betrayed him during the playoffs, albeit while playing through an injury. The Lakers are also including him in a lot of off-ball actions and (by the eye test, at least, haven't checked stats) he seems to be taking more catch-and-shoot 3s instead of pull-up 3s, more 3s from a hop and fewer from the 1-2 motion. Getting him more opportunities to shoot shorter-distance 3s instead of the pull-up ones he shoots at the top of the key will almost certainly give his percentage a permanent boost, even if he doesn't maintain what is currently his career high.

Its crazy we talk about his longevity..But its crazy because he never lost a beat.. It been so many great players MJ,Kobe,Kareem and so on... But cant nobody say any of them great players could do the things LBJ has accomplished.. And he's been doing it for 20+ years.. Anybody that says he's not in the top 3 he may not be your goat but if you cant admit he's top 3 ever... thats why we try to compare him to top players from back then and now.. If lbj dont do sumin right now we say he cant be the GOAT because of this and because of that and he passed these players up.. You probably thought Kobe was the GOAT before you jumped ship to LeBron, right? The biggest cheat the sport has ever seen and you are openly admiring him? What does that say about you? Not much good that's for sure. Whatever, despite all his colluding and tampering to form super teams, despite his very obvious PED use, he STILL trails Jordan as a winner. You simply cannot be the GOAT of your sport if another player won more than you have in 21 seasons in only 11. Yeah, that's right....in just 11 full seasons as a Bull, Jordan won 68 official NBA accolades. LeBron, going into his 21 season, has won 63. That's just insane. The reason any professional sports league exists is winning. Players are there to win, fans watch to see their team/player win. It's that simple, they would not exist otherwise. So winning is the absolute number one factor in determining any GOAT of any sport. And for Jordan to have won at such an astonishing rate, more in 11 seasons than Lebron has won in 21 should absolutely settle any debate. It's not close to being close. Quite simply, LeBron James is NOT the greatest of all time, that ship has sailed because Jordan was just on another planet in terms of what he achieved in this league. To deny that is to admit you are one very deluded person...

bro I am 34 and I can't properly walk up the stairs with my left knee. And I played ball since a kid until 34. What Lebron is doing is amazing, Doctors can help you with the rehab but not with your durability, I guess you have to be lucky or it is just pure genetics but Lebron is only the 38 year old with stats like this.

To me Lebron's greatest asset is his durability and his ability to play at MVP level with the amount of minutes played he has. I personally don't think anyone has even been this good so late in their career. MJ was not even close to being this good when I came back for the last two years in DC. I was so disappointed when MJ came back. There was no way to top the 3peat repeat. I would like to see LeBron to add another chip if he can get it. That finals record does matter. In the end it is win or go home.

@HoopVenue
@HoopVenue 9 ай бұрын
He’s an ATG shooter and passer, there’s no way to stop the offense from pushing the pace, and the team is filled with offensive talent. I don’t think he’d be as efficient as he is right now in terms of scoring because he’d have more trouble touching the paint, but everything else should hold. Not everything is about how good you are at taking the extra dribble, which I’m sure is what the twitter experts are concerned with.

@@HoopVenue Yeah, it’s basically his scoring profile and they’re saying that since the game slows down in the playoffs, Indiana’s offense wouldn’t hold up. That’s pretty crazy considering we’ve seen fast-paced offenses go crazy in the past. The defensive concerns are valid tho imo.

All these LeBron haters will want to take a selfie with LeBron if they meet. Most of them are old heads who are too blind to watch current NBA games and are blinded by nostalgia, and complaining that there isn't defense in this era but it's just the fact that players are getting better offensively, the game of basketball is evolving and now there's bench players who are better than Michael Jordan, Cope.
