I have ADHD too, and caffeine affects me differently, which took me awhile to figure out. I never get an energy boost from it, but depending on the day it either helps me focus (calms my mind) or makes me sleepy. 😅

Omg, the different life stages in late 20’s is so true! Just turned 30 this year- I’m married and had a baby late last year. But a lot of my friends are married, some still not married, and only a few others married with kids- but crazy how much changes so fast and how everyone moves at a different pace!

i’ve started making my own homemade syrups for my coffees and matchas! it’s very easy and since you like to cook maybe would be a fun thing for you to try :) my favorites i’ve made are honey lavender vanilla bean (i used local honey), pumpkin spice, and toasted marshmallow! the first and last ones are DELICIOUS in matchas! ☺️

The only way mine come out perfect EVERY TIME is brewing the espresso in its own glass then adding everything to the cup. Ice, sweetener or creamer, milk than espresso. If I use sugar I add it to the espresso and then add that to the milk.

Before you add the cream, have you tried deglazing your pan with some wine. If you let it simmer and scrape the pan, you’ll get a rich and intense flavor and all the alcohol in the wine will cook off.

I had cancer in November and I had two surgeries due to that I spend my time in the hosptail and rehab and I feel like with that this year as went by fast before you know it my birthday well be here in August!!! Positive note I'm free of cancer but man it's been a roller coaster of a year.

If you want a different Pilates program, I'd recommend trying The Pilates Class, all online and such a vibe. They have so many videos and weekly schedules, challenges, and you can find classes based on how chill or intense you want them to be or how long 🫶 Their schedules leave days for walk/runs too which could be perfect 👌

Can I suggest a product called Wet and Forget for your patio pavers. It will stop the green moss-mildew from forming for a up to a year. Right after you apply it, you are going to think you really messed up. The green will turn a orangey-brown. But after a few days that goes away and your stones pavers will be beautiful.
