So its a spammer ShiYan, since ShiYan's missile GL has 10sec reload making it less spammable while this one may deal less damage on locked missile but it is spammable with 7sec reload hcm, I think this ship is best paired with DF-100 and TRG or Asroc 5C or RBU 2500 grenade launcher

This Auto canon shoots ONLY air targets. It has 30K damage per minute- so.. 4X30K=120K addition to AA of ths ship. I thing it has strongest A in the game

Please, Amagi vs Kirov. Both have strong AA. Amagi is best at: Speed, maneuvers, stealth. Kirov has free slots in x3 missiles, x2 cannons, x3 launchers. I really think the free Kirov can beat Amagi.
