For me the best is Darkstar... It can fire and return to your ship without a scratch. Survivability is high than most bomber.

Definitely not, it's damage depends mostly on freefall bombs because it has more rounds and because of strong air defence you can use bombs only one time and will get only less damage

Although it deals good damage, most of the damage comes from its free fall bomb. However, its health isn't that good, so it's really hard to approach the enemy and do a bombing run. Moreover, its missiles flies slowly, so not many people like this bomber.
