This thing happens mostly careless ,negligence,Rash Driving ,overspending. Authorities should immediately do panchanama with eye witnesses and do Alcohol Testing and recommend for can elation of Driving licence e of Driver and also the vehicles should be attached.and do thorough inquiry and proper investigation and also for violation of MVR.

Easy solution. Speed gun setup.... Why RTO set up only on certain areas? Critical locations must be set up with speed monitoring stations to curb such problems. Grace to them for they dint loose their life. May they be compensated and recover. This driver will be booked surely....since his poor.and yes commited a mistaken crime... What about banastarim victims? Does monetary compensation bring back the beloved members to the victims families??? But it took soo long even to book that and set a compensation amount... Why doesn't the judiciary make a statement an example by punishing the wealthy? Like the Singapore govt inorder to curb corruption took out the top politicians....but here in India....contacts, money, power cancels all laws for those???

I would say THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOR SAVING THEIR LIVES. i know yet they are injured it will heal. Heavy vehicles are careless as always. Police also doesn't take action as truck owner bribe them most of them specially outsider do it. Heavy vehicles should have limited speed limit on every road followed strictly. The way heavy vehicles over take is dangerous.

These truck drivers are most of the time drunk and they always drive as if they are the sole owners of the road. Such drivers' licenses should be cancelled immediately as they are a big risk to other drivers with their reckless driving.
