On the 14th of this month, I will have been gone from a 36 yr marriage with a covert narc, for a whole yr. He turned our kids against me, and everyone else around me. I had nowhere to go, except for one friend 200 miles away. I have been sick with cancer for 20 years, so leaving was extremely difficult, and he didn't make it easy at all. Finally, I was making my plans to leave, regardless of where I was going, and on that Monday, August 14, 2023, I loaded my car with all my stuff, and drove 200 miles south. I slept in my car for 6 weeks without any real money, and no place to sleep otherwise. I fortunately found a job in a motel, where they also gave me a room/apt free, for working here. It's hard, but all you have to do is take that first step. Energy moving, stays moving, and faith and trust in your higher power and especially yourself, is all it takes. Best of luck to ya! Unlike most of those who post comments here the living karmics I know live far away & we never communicate except through our attorneys… so I don’t know what’s going on with them. And my “ex” well he wasn’t my ex. He passed away. However; I really had an uneasiness about him & his twin daughters. Seemed he triangulated our relationship & they all had a plan to discard me & have me be in financial ruins… but… he passed away unexpectedly. Makes me wonder if his death was HIS karma bc I did SO MUCH for him while he breadcrumbed, gaslit & future faked. It just resonates so much with me what you say… I know what you say about what I’m experiencing is right on so if it’s true about what you say about them it all makes total sense. And, if so, karma IS playing out for everyone involved. For that I am grateful.
