A great invention, to be sure. And when I become a million dollar marine mechanic doing several of these per day in my marina I'll be sure to buy your kit.

Just imagine if you had the kit today. The boat owners would flock to your shop and you'd soon be a multi-millionaire. 😂😂 Thanks for your comment!

In particular, the structure and material of the propeller shaft is required for engine repairs related video

Yeah except the new version is open on both ends making it a two man job to get it set up, and the pins aren't wired together and easily fall out while working. The potential to be a good tool is there, but it's very aggravating to use, especially on comp boats. Would be nice to have adaptors for 1 1/8" shafts, which are common on power boats.

Hey, got it right - cutless bearing, not cutlass bearing as most seem to think.
@stephenhurst16186 жыл бұрын
Cutless means it won't cut into the shaft. Cutlass is a sword. Lol

For everyone out there who doesn't already know, it's a CUTLASS bearing, not a "cutless" bearing.

Nice tool but won't work on a Beneteau Oceanis or any other boat with an enclosed cutless bearing.
