Very nice boat and choices. Just a suggestion to make sure the gasoline storage on the fly ridge is vented ☺️ Love to go for a ride some time. Maybe help,you crew on a longer passage. Richard Chassé USCG M.100.T Captain, retired. Best wishes. ✨🌊💨🛥️⚓️🏝️👙🌞✨

It all looks more crammed inside when it is this rough than when it is finished. Maybe flexiteak is something for them. Low maintenance and good looking decks.

Thanks, Peter. They are looking at teak for the swim platform and non-skid for much of the decks.

Put the compactor in the lazarette and a trash can in the kitchen. You will only need the compactor on long trips without going to a dock.

Don't forget a freezerbox to keep the trash from becoming smelly.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We find owners who like having the compactor in the lazarette and others who have it in that location and wish it was in the galley. Different preferences/uses out there which is part of our advantage - tailoring layouts for an owners' unique preferences.

Agree with the @seleneAmericas team we considered multiple options: Lazz, Utility room and galley - in the end for us we felt that since the majority of our cruising would be as a couple that the galley was the best choice.

No refrigerator or icemaker in the cockpit ?

Up on the flybridge which is a marvelous place to hang out.

Agreed! We like that we have 3 outdoor living areas including the cockpit, fly bridge and the bow settee! We have the frig and freezer in the galley to service the cockpit and bow and we have a fridge and icemaker on the FB where we plan on doing a lot of our piloting from. Thanks

How big was your previous boat?
@chrispowell571122 күн бұрын
Hello. We have had several boats over the years ranging in size from 29’ to our last boat was 47’ LOA. We have also done cruising with friends on boats from 55 -120’. We wanted a boat between 50 and 65’ that was easily handled as a couple and we could secure insurance on. The Selene fit the bill very well! Thank you!
