Sir, Section 73(2) start with line, "the company may subject to passing of resolution in general meeting" My question is that if a private limited company who fulfill all the condition for exemption of clause 73(2)(a) to (e) plus maximum limit clause also, whether is still required to first pass resolution is general meeting for taking loan from a shareholder who is not a director or relative of director becoz exemption is for condition (a) to (e) of 73(2) and not whole 73(2).
