I'm obsessed. Collecting all of his books and I can't stop watching his interviews. His writing is as beautiful as he is.

Those gaps between the pictures seemed so agonizingly long and awkward, ha. Great interview, nonetheless!

What an awkward thing to have someone like Knausgaard comment on his own life in pictures. Other than that it was an interesting interview.

Curious what KOK thinks of the ongoing genocide in Gaza where Israel is unleashing the forces of hell on Palestinian civilians with the full support of the western countries that made human rights and moral conduct in war the centrepiece of their political identities. We are in the midst of a breakdown of morality, as he talks about at 44:45, where the perpetrators of absolutely horrific war crimes and crimes against humanity are portrayed as eternal victims who have the right to kill and main as many civilians as they please in the name of "self-defence." This turns every "western" value on its head because these values are supposed to be universal and apply to everyone. But when it's one of "us" doing these horrific crimes most people are silent.
