IT Industry ka working background hona is really helpful to logically take long term calls for this industry. But one thing he missed is - when you get readymade code from Gen AI, the code is of relatively good quality which requires less time to test and has less defects; so overall productivity is higher. And that reduces the manpower requirement as you are taking less time to code and test. This reduces requirements for experienced as well as fresh talent.

One thing that we are not considering right now is one big factor that may play in 3-4 Years .. i.e. DEDOLLARIZATION .. If the value of dollar depreciates as dollar is no more backed by the Petroleum.. Europe most of the companies have negative growth and in US its worst .. Japan has aging population problem ..only few countries in the world are able to consume and pay ..The good thing is that local IT demand is going up but the growth of IT will be flat .. next 2-3 years will be too crucial .. btw none of the big IT company has massive hiring since last 1 year ..in fact they have shed around 2 lacs official and silent firing is going for the people who are above 35-40 as company can not afford them vs client ability to pay for projects

I disagree with Vibhor ji's point about the syntax and variable being different in code written by GenAI [47:00]. It is very easy for Gen AI to identify the exisiting variable, syntax, style and generate new code consistent with the existing. While we'll require employees, but not particularly due to this reason. Overall, very informative talk. Thanks a ton.

@47:02 What would happen if the GenAI wrote the software itself? In that scenario, since the computer developed the variable and syntax, testing can also be done by AI. I think that in the near future, developing new software through AI itself and utilizing AI to transform current software will be commonplace tasks.

I was studying er&d companies and going through the concalls of the same vibhor singhal's name was common across every transcript the line of questioning of his was far superior than any other participant's that's the only reason I could identify him immediately by the name now if possible Ajay sir please have a detail discussion with him on er&d companies how they'll shape up in future will they face severe competition from Europe and many other manufacturing companies itself will be a very thought provoking discussion and insights will be byproduct of the same lastly this type of sectoral discussion is more captivating and engaging than general chit chat so please keep these themes in your pipeline and also duration of videos should be least of your concern considering productivity of the videos.

@@ajitpal5393 it has already started big time .. let me quote u some facts 1. Saudi called off Petro-Dollar 2. Russia stabilized currency by putting gold against ruble 3. central banks buying gold at record high after 1970's when the nixon petrodollar agreement in 1973-75.. 4. BRICS currency to be finalized ..when i dont know 5. End of FIAT currency world 6. US now holds 35 Trillion dollars in Debt ..to service this debt the income from the taxes is way lower even US wants the currency to depreciate big time 7. Its nothing new like India China and many other countries regulate their currency against dollar (usually keep low coz of exports) 8. Listen to African presidents/PMs/Heads in recent months ..openly saying 9. dollar is going nowhere its just that some other models will come out to peg currencies across world ..no more free printing of nots.. M no expert but these facts are good enough to think its happening BTW just check elon musks 2-3 days tweets :) hahaha Have a nice Evening Bro

This fixed price billing is literally creating slaves in these IT services companies. Because of fixed price they deploy only 1 resource if that work demand 2 or even 3. Clients and these vendors are reaping the fruits of margin at the cost of employees who is left with no personal time in weekdays and weekends as well.

@@deeparani2325 because the ones who are victims (mostly junior or mid level technical employees) can't raise because of job losses. No social security and job situations in country forces them to get exploited. Clients are getting discounts so obviously they are happy and don't bother about who is exactly supporting at what time. For them it is just that vendor and vendors headache. Vendors are margin hungry due to the competitive business and investors pressure, which finally links to exploiting the employees.

Mr Vibhore is undermining AI. You dont need to convert unstructured data to structure d. I m saying with more than 15 yrs of exp in data science. Ex: content writing, photoshoot, classifcation, many more examples. The great edge for IT people is- AI will eat more job of non IT than IT people.
