Agar achhe changes aey hain toh ek hi ilake mein ek hi jagah pd pure months ka barish kese ho jata hai? Aur baki jeth barish hota nhi ha.? Iska matlb govt ko jo environment and climate change globalwarming k liye jo action lena chahiey tha ye govt thik se lene mein capable nhi hai. Sir, that's the nature of the Indian monsoon. Isliye hum Indian monsoon ko erratic bolte hai. Aur jaha baat hai ki bahut sara rainfall hone ka, woh kabhi kabhi low pressure, depression, yah cloudburst se hota hai. Jaise in Kolkata since past 2 days bahut baarish hua hai due to depression in BoB. Baki Climate change performance index aur energy Transition index mai country acha perform kar rahi hai. Regarding climate change steps - 1. Ethanol blending 2. FAME and New DRIVE scheme 3. ZBNF 4. Panchamrit goals 5. PM Surya ghar yojana 6. BS 6 norms implementation 7. Project LiFE 8. International Solar Alliance etc. Steps that the government should take to further the objective of combating climate change 1. To increase investments in Green energy 2. To create awareness among masses regarding pro climate behaviour 3. Create infrastructure in accordance with it. 4. Start transitioning away from thermal based power plants to large scale renewable power plants. 5. International collaboration in developing clean technologies. Aur jo Delhi mai hua that is an infrastructural problem, proper water mapping aur underground drainage underground drainage ko dhyan mai rakha chahiye.
