amzn.to/3SZds8w This is the mini PC under the desk, they don't have to email me the file to print, they can just print directly to my large copier. I have a public share folder for customer only, and I deleted them once the customer left. Hope that answers your question!

@@SpeedyPackNGo Thanks so much! My question was more about if the PC is under the deck (none of the ports are available) how do they get to their files? Looking at this time stamp again, maybe I see USB ports on the desktop? If so, how do you know no one is putting who knows what on your computer?
