The one thing I can't understand about rastafari is the Haile Selassie thing. Lij Tafari Makonnen according to dna is semetic and more closely related to Arabs than he is to a west african. The Amhara (his ethnic group) migrated from modern day Yemen into east Africa many years ago, hence the contentious relationship with Oromos who claim to be the indigenous people of that land, including Addis Ababa, Shashemene etc... To each his own tho.
