Re-do of my personal favorite In Flames song. Cranked the volume too high as a result and I'm sorta clipping at points haha. No biggie though. I did record both harmonized guitars for certain parts, mainly in the beginning. Only showed the higher harmony in the video. The heavy intro riff for this song is pretty tricky to play IMO. I've always alternate picked the whole thing but now I find it's much easier to downpick the single notes and alternate pick the power chords. It's fast and it's constantly alternating palm muting and not palm muting which adds to the challenge in getting it to sound tight. Very powerful and fun song to play once you get it though. That guitar/synth harmony is also killer.

My main rhythm tone is just the EVH 5150 with a Horizon Precision Drive in front and a Shure SM57 mic. That's essentially it. I like to keep things simple.
