After an early discharge from the military, Wes Hodges did not know what to do, where to go, or who to turn to. That was until he joined a Project Healing Waters retreat to the Rose River in Virginia and was introduced to Ed Nicholson - the nonprofit’s founder. From then on, Ed took Wes under his wing and the two developed a long-lasting relationship centered around service, the outdoors, and most importantly, friendship.

I have a Benelli Ethos 12ga that I bought with almost all my money when I was 18, five years ago. I was always under the impression that I could only run bird shot through it. My roommate is trying to convince that I could run buck shot through it without damaging it if I wanted to. Is this true? I figure that other Ethos owners may have the best chance of answering my question.
