This isn't an isolated incident. Because of this failure, three innocent children lost their lives, and those who witnessed the tragedy will carry that trauma forever. It concerns me that you're suggesting this isn't a serious issue-don't you care about the impact? As soon as he was identified as a terrorist threat, there should have been immediate action, such as control orders. Why weren't these measures put in place?
