Man City fan here. I have cases for two teams. I have no problem on Liverpool winning. Because I think , Madrid is in the final majorly because of luck. I am not discrediting Madrid. But apart from their skill etc.. luck had a big role. But if that UCL title determines Ballon d'or , I want Benzema to win it over Salah because Madrid is never the same without him. His combination with Vinicius is what carried Madrid to later stages.

Crédit to Jürgen and the boys for a tremendous campaign. They became the second side after Bayer Leverkusen in 2002-03 to lose the UCL final, lose the league title by a point and also reach the cup final (which Bayer lost but Jürgen won, after drawing in normal time). It is still a tremendous accomplishment to do it in BOTH domestic Cups.(especially for Bayer who spent less than Liverpool). As all the competitions are now over, it is safe to say that Man City are the best team in the country and Real Madrid are the best team in Europe (based on this season's results). Lastly, each of the three european competitions were won by non-PL sides.
