How is it unlawful? If I sneak into the US and I know it means I risk being sent to Sudan... I probably won't go. If I do, I can't complain that I end up in Sudan.

You can't ship people around across borders against their will. That's called human trafficking???... It's illegal. Let alone shipping them to another country which is unsafe. lol you don't vote for judges. You vote for parties, who with royal approval appoint judges. Rather than getting angry at the judge, get angry at the government for wasting everyone's time with plans they know won't work.
