Oof on that money shift. I only keep it in the H pattern on the road for this reason. 1st is only for parking lots/stop lights etc

Now you tell me. I actually was trying to put it in 2nd, I believe, but push to the side too hard. My super stiff Numeric short shifter in my 911 is causing me to muscle the stick in my 928. The issues I have to deal with in life…

The most annoying thing about Porsche and the modern 911s is that they make the GT models which sound incredible and every other variant sounds like a Hoover. Can they not just make them all sound like the GT cars!? That’s what everyone wants who cannot afford or be allocated a GT3 or similar.

I think that’s common sense to car enthusiasts like you and me, but there must be a bunch of lame consumers who want quite 911’s. I see them every once in a while, driving in the fast lane, going slower than Tesla’s and Prius’s. Shameful.
