I agree. Do they have a "third order?" - an order for laymen or women? Didn't see anything on their website. I know that Franciscans and Missionaries of Charity and Salesians and other orders do have a lay third order. These women exude the peace of Christ and speak the truths of the faith.

Those who haven't seen loss can't appreciate the depth of the story of the Syrian war victims. I haven't gone through such loss myself, but my mother lost more babies than most modern women have pregnancies. When I told her I no longer believed in God, she was amazed (in a sad way) and said that God is what got her through her trials. I guess I was a dumb kid, but I learned eventually.

Thanks a lot Sis.Inga, this talk and the Greatest Desires of God had led me to profound reflection on why St.Liguori said, God had entrusted His Justice to Jesus after He had shown God's Unconditional Love and God had entrusted His Mercy to Mary after She Had offered Her Seven Sorrows. You quoted St.Faustina in your talk in "God Greatest Desires " as "Mercy is the flower of Love". From the Love of Jesus springs forth the Mercy of a Mother. God in Eternity has two Human Creature existed, One a God-Man His Begotten Son in His bosom and the other a Woman a beloved daughter in His Heart/Will. Our Salvation is written in the Hands of Jesus and will be completed in the Hands of Mary thru the Rosary. "Mercy is the Flower of Love". Rosary is a flower born out of Love. It is the very life of Jesus unfolded thru the flower of the Rosary. Salvation is conceived in LOVE/Jesus and revealed thru deeds of Mercy/Mary. Jesus, Mary and St.Joseph we love you save souls.Amen

Oh perhaps that is not St. John Paul behind Sister Inga..but I know it is his National Shrine that I visited not to long ago when I left Texas to come and visit my daughter who was living in D.C. (I talked her into coming back to Texas) Finally, I loved the book, "He and I" and have found so many beautiful examples of the love of Jesus for us, so to hear your quote showed me that yes, I was intended to hear your beautiful spoken lessons. And yes, I did go to confession about it. But it does not take away what happened. The situation has become somewhat complicated.
