In-House Testing on All LPS Equipment

At Liquid Packaging Solutions, all of the packaging equipment manufactured in the LaPorte, Indiana plant is tested prior to shipment to the packager's facility. In this video, an automatic spindle capper is tested with bottles and caps provided by the packager, the same bottles and caps that will be used in production. This allows any adjustments, modifications or unexpected issues to be corrected prior to delivery of the equipment to the end user.
Whether a rinser, filler, capper or custom machine, LPS always encourages or requires samples of each and every product, bottle, cap or other component for testing purposes. With automatic machinery, testing the same materials that will be used in production also allows LPS to set recipes for each combination as well, meaning settings like fill times, duration times, rinse times and more can be recalled on the production floor with the simple entry of a recipe number.
